Sometimes I take for granted the back drop that I call home.
A beautiful St. Patrick's Day afternoon was spent on a ski tour up Glacier Creek. We finished off the day with some well deserved cheese fries (and beer). Tonite, a delicious concoction that is cooking in Glenda's crock pot as I type, corned beef and cabbage...I'm going to try to whip up a Bailey's Cheesecake.
